What is the warranty?
Each of our partners offers their own warranty terms, which you can find on their websites. Coverage details, like how long it lasts and what’s included, may differ from one partner to another, so it’s a good idea to check their sites for the specifics.
Do you accept returns?
Shopping with us means you’re buying direct, which helps you save by skipping the retail markup. Because items come directly from the manufacturer, we can’t accept returns simply because an item didn’t meet personal expectations, so please be sure about your purchase.
Arrived with a defect or flaw? We’re on it. Any issue is addressed promptly under the manufacturer’s warranty, so your item is replaced and meets your standards.
